Terms of Service

Welcome to BhashLoop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and BhashLoop for using our app and website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Who can use BhashLoop

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you may only use BhashLoop with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Your account

You can use much of BhashLoop without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, you’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. Let us know promptly at hi@bhashaloop.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Using the Service

BhashLoop is for personal, non-commercial language learning. When you use it, you agree not to:

• Break the law or use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our lessons, audio, or other content
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with other learners’ use of the app
• Misuse the leaderboard, for example by faking progress or impersonating others

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms BhashLoop or other learners.

Our content

The lessons, exercises, curriculum, audio, design, logos, and software that make up BhashLoop are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own language learning. That license doesn’t give you ownership of any part of the Service.

A note on dialects and accuracy

BhashLoop teaches Bengali across regional dialects, including content contributed by native speakers. Living languages vary by region, community, and speaker, and pronunciation and usage can differ. We aim for accuracy and authenticity, but we can’t guarantee every entry is perfect for every context. Treat lessons as a guide, not an authoritative reference. Spotted something off? Tell us at hi@bhashaloop.com — we genuinely want to fix it.

Free and paid features

The core of BhashLoop is free. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we’ll show the price and terms clearly before you pay, and any purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores’ terms.

Your privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Third-party services

BhashLoop relies on third-party services such as Google and Firebase for sign-in, data storage, and analytics, and on the Apple App Store and Google Play for distribution. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided “as is”

We work hard to make BhashLoop useful and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or that the content will meet your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BhashLoop and its makers won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We’re actively building BhashLoop, so features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We may also update these Terms. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the “Effective” date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using BhashLoop at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hi@bhashaloop.com. We may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are violated.
